To begin, please sit quietly for a moment or so. Close your eyes if you like, and use your breath as a focus point.  Simply feel the breath as it enters the nostrils on the inhale and exits the nostrils on the exhale. As you hold this attention, a gentle calm will arise in you. When you're ready, re-open your eyes and allow the calm within you to remain.
